Board positions

Midsumma's constitution provides for up to 16 Board Members. Elections are held in May each year. In preparation for the next AGM, Midsumma is calling for expressions of interest for the positions that may be open on the Board at the next AGM.

While many of the executive and operational functions of the Festival have been performed by members of the Board (operating as a Board of Management), the Festival's vision is to resource the organisation more comprehensively so that the Board can focus on prudential supervision and the strategic direction of the Festival.

The Festival enjoys strong relationships with sponsors, government and semi-government agencies and a wide range of supporting organisations. Please forward your Expressions of Interest, together with brief details of your skills and experience, to the Midsumma office.
