Midsumma Carnival 2009 - Sunday 18 January, Alexandra Gardens

Stallholder applications for stalls in the 2009 Midsumma Carnival closed on November 21st 2008.

As we approach another exciting Midsumma, it's time to secure your organisation's presence at Melbourne's ultimate big gay day out - Midsumma Carnival.

In 2009, Midsumma Carnival will be our spectacular opening event, and the largest on the Midsumma calendar.

This fantastic day offers you an opportunity to interact directly with over 30,000 visitors to Carnival. It's a fun, interactive day, with a huge variety of activities and entertainment. It's the day to show your colours, showcase your wares, profile your services, develop marketing databases, attract new members and expose your organisation to Melbourne's vibrant gay and lesbian community, their families and friends. You will also be supporting your Midsumma, Australia's premier gay and lesbian community festival. 

We endeavour to make this day as affordable as possible, whilst acknowledging the considerable costs involved in producing this major event. In 2009 we are retaining 2008's simplified fee structure and of course we still have early bird discount rates.

Join us as we transform Alexandra Gardens into the gayest party in town! With all the old favourites and plenty of exciting new concepts, Carnival 2009 is gearing up to be our best yet. We look forward to seeing you at Alexandra Gardens on Sunday 18th January 2009, as we celebrate twenty-one years of gay and lesbian arts, culture and community.
