And it’s free, because we choose to keep it that way.
The reality
Free events aren’t free to produce.
Your support helps cover:
- Staging and production
- Accessibility services
- Safety and infrastructure
- Artist and performer support
And ensures that Midsumma Carnival, and other major events, remain open to everyone.

Matched Donation Mondays

Every Monday in June, donations to Midsumma will be matched dollar-for-dollar by generous Midsumma Patrons David Marantelli and Carol Nichols, up to $500 each Monday.
That means your donation can go twice as far in supporting LGBTQIA+ artists, communities and events.
