Active Pride Pool Party

Shake out your bathers for some fun in the sun at the return of the annual Active Pride Pool Party!

Active Monash is excited to announce the return of our annual Active Pride event for Midsumma Festival 2026! This year, Oakleigh Recreation Centre will be the home of the Active Pride Pool Party and we are inviting LGBTIQA+ people of all ages, Rainbow families and allies to come and experience our facilities in a friendly and inclusive environment to celebrate PRIDE!

The 2026 Active Pride Pool Party celebration will take place on Saturday 24 January from 2pm-5pm. Walk-ins on the day are welcome, with live entertainment, fun inflatables, exciting water and land-based activities, access to our aquatic and outdoor facilities and more!

Active Monash is committed to providing a safe and social environment where LGBTIQA+ community members can access health and fitness services to Participate Your Way.

To attend, simply pay the casual swim admission price on arrival at Oakleigh Recreation Centre:

• Concession (10% Discount*) - $7.80

• Concession (40% Discount**) - $5.20

• Child under 5 - Free
• Non-Swim Entry - $2.50
• Family Group Discount (min. number of 4 paying individuals) - 10% off combined entrance fees
