MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM: A Magical Queer Group Show

"And I serve the Fairy Queen, To dew her orbs upon the green"
Back by popular demand, Artemisia Gallery & Event Space is thrilled to present its second annual Midsumma exhibition. Step into a realm of enchantment as we showcase a captivating collection of queer art inspired by mythology, folklore, fantasy, and all things magical.
In this group show you will find folx fond of folklore, servants of the supernatural and those who reimagine ancient tales. This collection of art is - like its creators - not bound by rules of the mortal world and is not limited to a singular medium or form of expression.
"You spotted snakes with double tongue,
Thorny hedgehogs, be not seen;
Newts and blind-worms, do no wrong,
Come not near our fairy queen."
- Shakespeare, A Midsummer Nights Dream
