MIC CHECK

LGBTQIA+ Comedy and Drag Performance Werkshops & Residency at The Memo Healesville.

Participants of this project will bring a comedy or drag-based idea to develop in a workshop with a professional comedian and drag queen.

They will then be given use of The Memo Healesville, a performing arts centre 60 minutes East of Melbourne, for a week in a residency program.

At the end of the week, participants will be invited to perform for family, friends, and community in a relaxed work-in-progress performance. Celebrating their accomplishments and LGBTQIA+ pride!
