The event will showcase live performances, music, circus, keynote speakers, activities, community stalls and interactive demonstrations. Melbourne Pride is intended to have a significant state-wide impact with:
- Regional Events - activations and events across regional Victoria leading up to the Melbourne Pride city based street party event.
- A livestream of Melbourne Pride (link coming soon), which will air on Midsumma's Facebook and YouTube, capturing the event for remote viewers. The livestream will showcase digital performances and interviews, and give you a look at what is happening on the day at the festival. The best part is, you can watch the livestream from ANYWHERE.
Midsumma will also provide an Audio Described (link coming soon) version of the livestream at Melbourne Pride, presented by Midsumma and Description Victoria.
