Drag + Life Drawing on the Altona Beach

Beautiful Altona Beach comes alive with queer performers
Matto Lucas, Louise Karch, and Louis Joel Arts and Community are collaborating to celebrate queer performers, muses and fairies by Altona Beach this Midsumma. Join us for a free afternoon of plein air queer (and rainbow family-friendly) life drawing with some of Melbourne West's most exciting queer performers and drag queens, facilitated by artist and educator Matto Lucas. (Materials provided, however feel free to bring your own preferred media).
Your sketches, drawings and experiments from the day will be exhibited as part of a community exhibition with a launch party hosted by Matto Lucas and Louise Karch, local author of "First Aid for Fairies - from F*cked to Fabulous".
First Aid for Fairies gives you 7 proven self-care power tools. Now you can be a rainbow.
