Finding and Making Home in Histories

An afternoon at the Australian Queer Archives
The Australian Queer Archives is a community-led organisation that has been collecting, curating and celebrating queer histories in different homes and forms since 1978 when few other, if any, organisations in the country were doing so.
This Midsumma, we are excited to invite you to come and visit our reading room in our newest home at the Victorian Pride Centre for you to come and find a home in history. Along the way, you will learn about the Archives' and our communities' histories and how they are intertwined. You will also find out about how to contribute to the collection and/or get involved in different ways to help us make and share our histories.
