Bodhi & Ride is one of Australia’s most innovative boutique fitness studios that combines a full-body workout with mind and body connection through movement. More than just a standard spin class, we take things to the next level with our signature class structure and instructors leading to inspire and motivate clients to walk away feeling AMAZING.

Each RIDE incorporates High Intensity Cardio Training to perfectly balance highs and lows of a heart-racing workout with fast choreography, jogs, epic climbs and a whole body burn every single time. If you’re yet to experience it for yourself, it’s time to get yourself on the bike.
