In this hands-on workshop, award-winning artist Peter Waples-Crowe [Queer PHOTO - Affirm] will talk you through his art-making processes and practice.
Within an intimate setting, you will learn more about the artist, his work, and the significance of artwork by First Nations people in modern Australia.
You will then be guided through a lesson on collage-making whilst contributing to a large-scale artwork working directly onto the wall of Wyndham Art Gallery (also as a contribution to Wyndham’s Queer Photo Project Hub).
For this workshop, all materials will be supplied. Still, it is recommended to bring an old smock or apron to protect your clothing from glue.
Please note that this workshop is designed for adults.
This is free, but capacity is limited, so be sure to book ahead.
