A cabaret

The Butterfly Club Presents Jock: A new Cabaret
Written and performed by Jackson Vaughan

Jocks have feelings too!

Harry loved what every guy growing up in Newcastle did: He loved the Beach, he loved Silverchair, and he loved Footy!

But the footy field is no place for the gays.

But a footy player is a guy for the gays.

In this funny and heartwarming cabaret, you will hear the hilarious and salacious stories of Harry as he traverses the country to find his people in the world. From the f-slurs of the Newcastle footy pitch, the headless six packs and ravenous twinks of Perth, to the heartbreak and stages of Melbourne.

Harry explores the impossible expectations we all put on ourselves, taking ownership of our own bodies, and learning how to say “NO” all while singing his footy shorts off!
