The proposed route for the 2024 community walk is from the Carlton Football Ground (tram route #19) to the Botanic Gardens (lots of public transport exit options) via Melbourne Cemetery, Carlton Gardens, Treasury/Fitzroy Gardens, Yarra Park and via Gosch's Paddock into the Botanic Gardens. The walk will include checking out major buildings, etc along the route - such as the Exhibition Building, Eastern Hill Fire Station, etc.

The activities of The Nomads cover a broad spectrum, with a strong outdoor influence, in particular hiking, camping and cycling. The Nomads hold walks most weekends, cycling tours virtually every Friday and monthly social nights.

Walking is great exercise!
