Have you felt like your social skills could use a bit of practice? Have you wanted to get out of the house more? Craving to meet cool new friends just like YOU? Well, do we have the event for you!

'Speed Mating' is one of Melbourne’s most introvert-friendly events out there and we would love you to come and join us for a night of queer friendship. After the last few years when 'social isolation' became the new normal, this event aims to bring the LGBTQIA+ community back together. There will be plenty of informal activities and conversation starters which will give us all the chance to get to know each other better.

And the good news is, this is NOT ‘speed dating’, so it won’t be awkward, weird, or put you on the spot. So, if... - You feel socially awkward - Feel shy in social situations - Consider yourself out of practice with your social skills - You are new in town, your host Morgan Fitzgerald really prides themselves on helping you feel at home during this event.

Who is Morgan? They are a proud member of the LGBTIQA+ community, a public speaker, and a mental health advocate who cares about making a difference. Naturally leaning towards being shy themselves, they know how to ensure you feel safe and supported in any environment.
